We process the data you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. We may additionally process technical browsing data as described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose of the processing
Your data is used exclusively to send you the Dumpingth newsletter, with informational content about real estate crowdlending in Spain. We do not perform profiling, nor automated decision making, on your data.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is the explicit consent you provide by ticking the corresponding box on the subscription form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection.
